THIRTY DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Here are the terms you are agreeing to:
1. Your deposit of $235.00 entitles you to all the above services for a period of one year from the date you sign this agreement. Your deposit will be considered earned when you rent your home, but you can continue to enjoy our services for a full year regardless.
2. Help-U-Rent invests a lot of effort in compiling, indexing and maintaining our listing database. THE DATABASE AND ANY REPORTS PROVIDED TO YOU ARE PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT LAW, AND ARE FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY IN FINDING A HOME FOR YOU TO LIVE IN. YOU MAY NOT USE THEM FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE, AND IN PARTICULAR, YOU MAY NOT USE THEM OR ALLOW THEM TO BE USED FOR ANY BUSINESS OR COMMERCIAL PURPOSE.
3. You may make copies of our reports for your personal use, and you may share them with anyone else who is going to live with you in the home you rent. You may not otherwise give information from our database to anyone else, or make paper or electronic copies for anyone else.
4. Information in our listings is provided by each listing landlord. While we make every effort to correctly display the information that the landlord provides to us and to keep it current, we cannot guarantee that any particular property will in fact be available to you, nor can we be responsible for the accuracy of the underlying information. All such matters are the responsibility of the listing landlord. We will appreciate you advising us of any errors in our listings so that we may correct them.
5. We highly recommend that you call every day to get new listings. We receive many new listings daily. They all go into our system and become available to you within hours, but usually will not show up in the newspaper for a few days. If you check our listings every day, our experience shows that it is highly likely you will find the home you are looking for. In fact, we are so confident of our service that if you give us a fair try for thirty days and have`nt found a home through us, you may cancel your service and we will refund you deposit, less a $20 administrative fee. If you decide to cancel, your request for a refund must be in writing and signed by you, must attest that you used our service in good faith for thirty (30) days and did not find a property to rent, and must enclose corroborating evidence, such as a copy of the receipt for your next month`s rental payment for a residence not included in our listings. We will verify that you qualify, and will refund within ten (10) days.
6. We maintain a bond in compliance with G.S.66-145 with Underwriters Insurance Company, 100 Pearl Street, 16th Floor, Hartford, Connecticut 06103.
I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT COMPLETELY. I HAVE HAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO ASK QUESTIONS OF THE HELP-U-RENT REPRESENTATIVE ABOUT THIS AGREEMENT, AND AM SATISFIED THAT I UNDERSTAND IT. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT NO ONE HAS PROMISED ME ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT IS SET OUT IN WRITING IN THIS AGREEMENT. BY SIGNING, I AM AGREEING TO ALL THE TERMS SET OUT ABOVE.
